You are entering a capital market in which is necessary to self-certify as a 'high net worth individual' or 'sophisticated investor' as prescribed by Amendments to FSMA2000 (Financial Promotion Orders 2001).
The investment opportunities require you to conduct your own due diligence and negotiate your own terms of investment. You may also serve on the Board of the investee company.
On registering, you will be asked to complete the self certification form and complete a very short demographics questionnaire that will take no longer than a few seconds.
All opportunities are quality controlled for business plan production and preparation for your due diligence by DCX Members who are professional advisors to fund seeking companies. No one is allowed to post their own opportunity to DCX.
When you enter DCX you will be presented with a column of current opportunities most of which qualify for corporate venturing involvement as well as investment. Click any one of them to read the 200-word executive summary. You will need to complete the registration process before having access to the DCX Member who posted the opportunity and you will need to contact for a full copy of the business plan.
